Throughout the program, GTR mentors and specialists from different regions will be available to provide evaluations, feedback, and direction for our selected studios. The GTR ecosystem is designed to help developers identify their strengths and weaknesses domestically and abroad, and focus in on making their games the best they can. We provide coaching and solutions designed to (a) Enhance and polish their game experience for their target audiences, (b) help studios plan for launch and live operations management, and (c) give studios access to the external resources and expertise they need to maximize their chances of success.

Publishing and marketing strategy are integral to the success of contemporary game launches, no matter the target market. GTR will help selected studios at every step of the launch process, from developing a soft-launch and global launch strategy, to connecting studios with publishers in their target regions and assisting studios during the contract negotiation process. If studios decide to self-publish in certain regions or globally, our partner network can help studios define their launch goals and assist with marketing strategy design and execution. From beginning to end, the GTR network will be there to help our studios succeed.

Selected Top studios through our conference and studio visits will receive a USD $40,000 investment directly from GTR to give them the runway they need to polish and launch their titles. After USD 40,000 investment, GTR provide 6 months accelerating program and 3 months publishing support. If studios successfully touch important milestone during 9 month period, then GTR invests USD 60,000 additionally. GTR will lead next seed round, investing USD 200,000 when the studio needs marketing or makes next game title.
Once GTR has confidence on the team, GTR will open up our investment partner networks to our studios to help them raise more money for global launching and next title development, giving them sustainable futures.

Constant Interview / Evaluation this year for potential Top 20 studios. So we're pre-prepared. When we find a good studio we'll do the first DD call much earlier. So we don't just have 2 weeks. Applications / Reviews will be played constantly.

No restrictions to genre or platform (PC / Mobile / Console / VR etc)
Must be able to communicate in English
Must participate in the two day GTR Conference if selected Top 20
(limited to USD 2,000 for Airfare and accommodations)
Must put best effort into attending GTR on-line/off-line acceleration programs,
if selected Top10 Studio (6 month virtual program)
Acceleration Program
The GTR acceleration program isn’t just a short-term infusion of time and effort. We focus on giving teams continuing access to the expertise they need to both realize their creative vision and make that vision accessible to audiences all over the world. With continued help and support, studios can focus on making their projects a reality. Our mentor and partner network spans the globe, giving selected studios the ability to get answers and information no matter how big or small the request. Our ecosystem thrives on shared information and shared expertise - this communication forms the foundation of the value that studios during the acceleration process.
GTR doesn’t require teams to be on-site during the primary acceleration program, focusing mainly on studio visits by our core members and partners, and giving studios online access to the mentors most valuable to them. This helps us minimize stress and cost for both mentors and studios while giving the tools they need to communicate openly and share insights and feedback.
GTR acceleration is consisted of studio visits for company and game strategy, continuous communication via on-line community platform and intensive off-line workshop.
